By using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including notifications, document requests, and status updates. You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and regularly checking for communications related to your tax preparation.

5. Identity Verification

Some tax providers on our platform require True Identity Verification. If your provider requires this, you will be prompted to perform a live identity check using your device camera. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this verification process when required.
